What is your cancellation policy in the Massage Clinic?

Any appointment to be cancelled or rescheduled must be cancelled by 10am for afternoon appointments or 8am for morning appointments.

Clients are responsible for the full cost of appointments that are not cancelled or rescheduled by the appointed time.
